• Initial Consultation: Free Initial Consultation:  Let’s see how structural integration can help you.  Though the ten-series is beneficial to just about everyone, every session is tailored to your specific needs.  Please allow 15 minutes for a consultation.
• 90 minute session $150:  The Rolf Method of Structural Integration occurs in a series of ten sessions.  Each session has specific intentions for contacting tissue in different parts of the body.  Each individual body moves at its own speed.  The time/fee scale may be slid in either direction.
  
• The first 7 sessions are about differentiation, which allows muscles to move more freely and releases impingements they may have on each other.The final 3 sessions are the integrative hours which get the body tissues, now differentiated, to work together in better relationship with each other and with gravity. In each session we will work together to optimize your body’s alignment in both stillness and movement.  It is your proprioception that will take this work further even after your sessions.There is vast possibility for change in this work.

• Core Synchronism sessions are $125
• Sessions for your pets are available at a rate of $75 per session.
